How I Work

Whether it’s coaching or consulting, I start by understanding what’s going on for you. The next step is to support you to reach your goals, whether that’s at an individual, team or organisational level.

Coaching

 

My standard coaching program consists of six one-hour meetings. If your program is being sponsored by your organisation, you may choose to schedule an additional half-hour meeting with your people leader or sponsor at the beginning or end of the program, to align your coaching goals with your personal development plan.

Most of my coaching meetings are virtual, and I work with people across Australia and internationally. I love the opportunity to connect in person, though, if it’s realistic and cost-effective for both of us. My hours are flexible. Some people like to schedule their coaching sessions in work time and others find it’s easier to focus on their own development if we meet before or after work, or on the weekend. With some notice, I can accommodate any of these options.

As a consultant, I start with a conversation to understand your unique situation. We’ll work together to define what you would like to change and where you’d like to be, whether it’s a vision for your team or the wider organisation.
