About Me

I grew up in country New South Wales, spent time living and working in Sydney and Melbourne, and am now based on the Central Coast.

My career has spanned a range of sectors, including higher education, medical research, defence, manufacturing, telecommunications, banking and government. I've worked in small businesses, large and complex organisations, and everything in between. I have deep experience in:

I have a Bachelor of Arts and a Graduate Diploma in Psychology, and I'm accredited by the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership as an Organisational Coach, a qualification recognised by the International Coaching Federation.
